Her ability to balance strong resident relationships with firm, consistent enforcement of standards—especially amid changes from prior management—sets her apart. Sandra's professionalism and adaptability have helped ensure a positive experience for both residents and the team during an evolving phase at Cottonwood Creek Apartments.

We're proud to recognize Andy Clay as this month's Impact Award recipient. From managing unit turns with impressive speed and precision to balancing responsibilities between Fremont and Omaha, Andy goes above and beyond every day. He regularly completes turns 4-7 days ahead of schedule, often starting the same day they're posted and preparing units for paint by day two-all while handling additional repairs and ongoing maintenance needs. His efficiency, reliability, and attention to detail set a high standard for the entire team.

Residents consistently share how easy he is to work with, and when reviewing work orders, there's complete confidence that if Andy handled it, it was done right. His dedication and willingness to go the extra mile make him a major asset to our team. Andy, thank you for the impact you make every day!

Nevaeh, Foxtail's Property Manager, has gone above and beyond by volunteering to train several new team members—both at Foxtail and across multiple other properties.
